Terms & Conditions – Wedding Floral Collections

1. Collection
All items must be collected from our studio 24 hours before the wedding unless delivery has been arranged.

2. Delivery
Delivery is available at an additional charge.
Each delivery location incurs a separate fee.

3. Setup & Styling
On-site setup and styling are not included in collection-based packages.
This service can be added at an additional cost and must be confirmed in advance.

4. Flower Selection
Seasonal flowers may vary depending on availability.
The overall colour palette and style will be maintained.

5. Customisation
Quantities may be increased or reduced.
Additional items can be added at standard pricing.

6. Substitutions
In rare cases where specific blooms are unavailable, suitable substitutes of equal or greater value will be used.

7. Pricing
All prices are inclusive of VAT.

8. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee of 25% is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding.

9. Security Deposits
Security deposits may be required for hired items (e.g., stands, vases, bows, props).
Deposits are refunded upon safe return.

10. Responsibility After Collection
Once collected, the care and placement of the flowers becomes the responsibility of the client.
