Delivery Policy
At The Malta Florist we take special care to ensure that our products arrive fresh and in the best possible condition to your address. We deliver only to the front door so please make sure all details are correct and someone will be home to receive the order.
We try as much as we can to keep green and minimise our carbon footprint by shorter routes. We manage our routes in a way that we can please both you and the environment, therefore we cannot guarantee to be exactly within your preffered time of delivery.
Your delivery date and time frame can be selected during checkout.
We will try our best to deliver within your specified time window. However due to instances beyond our control deliveries can sometimes arrive a little earlier or later particularly on big events where the workload for our delivery team is larger such as valentines day, Easter and Mothers day. We ask you to please be patient and to get in touch with us on 00356 99238163 if you would like to query at what time you can expect your order to arrive. Just give us a friendly call and we will get in touch with our courier service and get back to you as soon as possible with an answer.
If there is no one home during the specified delivery time the bouquet can either be picked up from our shop in Sliema or delivered again at an additional cost depending on the location of delivery.
We train our staff to handle and deliver the goods as they are harvested from the field. It can be possible that occasionally minor damage may occur on delivery. Although time is very limited, we would be happy to wait until you take your time to inspect your order on delivery. If by mistake you find out late that we supplied you with an unwanted item, please do not hesitate to contact us on [email protected] or MOB: 00356 99238163
We will take every care in delivering your order but we cannot be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or loss of profits you may incur if we fail to deliver the goods to you. Our policy on damaged produce does not affect your statutory rights.
