Wedding Package 1 

The Sunflower Package (Kindly read terms and conditions under each package for details)

Terms and Conditions for The Sunflower Package

1. Pick-Up and Setup:
   All items in this package must be picked up and set up by the couple 24 hours before the wedding.
2. Delivery Option:
   Delivery can be arranged at an additional cost, which varies based on the location.
   • Each delivery location will incur a separate cost, as deliveries are handled by a courier service.
3. Setup:
   Setup services are not offered with this package.
4. Flowers Included:
   This package includes sunflowers and gypsophilia as the primary flowers.
5. Availability:
   The Sunflower Package is available only for weddings taking place between 13th May and 13th October.
6. Customization of Quantities:
   The quantities of individual items in this package can be adjusted based on your needs.
   • For example, if you require additional bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, or pew arrangements, the quantities can be amended accordingly.
7. Removal of Items:
   Any item that is not required can be removed from the package.
8. Additional Items:
   No additional items that are not listed in the package can be added.
9. The bridal bouquet will be based on sunflowers but design will vary depending on the month and type of seasonal flowers available.
10. Pricing & Deposits: All prices are inclusive of VAT.
11. A security deposit is required for organza bows. The deposit will be refunded upon their return.

Wedding Package 2:

The Gypsophila Package – because you want your wedding to look good but you are on a budget

Terms and Conditions for The Gypsophilia Package

1. Pick Up & Delivery
   • Personal items (bouquets, boutonnieres) must be picked up by the couple 24 hours before the wedding.
   • Delivery is available at an additional cost, which depends on the location.
   • Each delivery location incurs a separate fee as deliveries are handled by a courier.
2. Flowers Included
   • This package includes roses and gypsophilia.
   • Available rose colors: White, Pink, Red, and Yellow.
   • Gypsophilia included: White only.
   • Dyed gypsophilia is available at an additional charge.
3. Customization & Additions
   • Quantities of individual items can be increased (e.g., additional bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, pew decorations, etc.).
   • Other fresh flower items can be added to this package upon request.
   • Cake flower décor services by the florist are not included, but loose flowers can be provided for your caterer to decorate the cake.
4. Removals & Adjustments
   • Items not required can be removed from the package.
5. Pricing & Deposits
   • All prices are inclusive of VAT.
   • A security deposit is required for vases and organza bows. The deposit will be refunded upon their return.

Wedding Package 3

The bold package – because you want to make a statement

Terms and Conditions:

• 1 delivery with personal items, 1 delivery to the church and 1 delivery to the venue are complimentary as part of this package.

Flowers Included

• The package includes mostly seasonal flowers, along with some imported flowers.
• The following flowers are NOT included: Orchids, Protea, Anthurium, Peonies, Ranunculus, Delphinium, and Hydrangea.

Customization & Additions

• The quantity of items in this package can be adjusted to fit your needs (e.g., additional bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, pew arrangements, etc.).
• This package is customizable, meaning you can make modifications based on your preferences.
• Cake flowers can be added to this package upon request.
• Additional items can also be included upon request.

Color Selection

• Couples may choose from regular flower colors, including red, white, pink, purple, yellow, and orange.
• Uncommon colors such as browns, blacks, rainbow hues, and other dyed colors require a separate custom quote.

Pricing & Deposits

• All prices include VAT.
• All hardware (stands, vases, easel, bows, etc.) is rented and must be returned after the wedding.
• A security deposit is required for rented items and will be refunded upon their return in good condition.
